I feel good about this race. I tried to stick to 7:20 pace or under on my vivoactive watch. First mile was 7:21, second 7:13, third 7:08.

I'm so happy about that. There was a patch in the second mile where my pace went as slow as 7:35. So I tried to speed up. So I was relieved when my second mile alert popped up as 7:13.

I pushed it hard, almost threw up at the end. It was not my PR, but at least in the same league. Happy!
